The 2nd InnoEX, jointly organised by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), will take place alongside the 20th HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 13 to 16 April 2024. These two fairs, are the flagship events of Hong Kong’s Business of Innovation & Technology Week (BITWeek), will serve as a global platform for around 2600 exhibitors to present their cutting-edge technology and electronics to international buyers.   

In 2023, the two fairs, along with the HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition) held concurently, attracted over 66,000 buyers from around 160 countries and regions.  

InnoEX is an esteemed business platform that serves as a showcase for next-gen smart solutions, and cutting-edge technologies across various domains. These encompass digital business, governance and infrastructure, logistics and mobility, manufacturing and materials, smart space, sustainability and more.  

With exhibitors from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macao, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and more, alongside pavilions from France, Canada and other countries, the fair creates a powerful network for global business opportunities. 

The exhibitors will showcase groundbreaking innovative products and solutions that play a pivotal role in the development of smart cities worldwide.  

Additionally, academies, institutional laboratories, research centres, and industry organisations and alliances will showcase major national science and tech projects as well as notable technological achievements. Start-ups, incubators, and accelerators will also have the opportunity to establish valuable connections with potential business partners and investors.  

The Electronics Fair will encompass various thematic zones. One of the key highlights is the Tech Hall, where a wide array of state-of-the-art inventions leveraging technologies like virtual reality (VR), health tech and fitness, and robotics will be showcased. The Start-up Zone will provide a platform for entrepreneurs to present their innovative and promising products and solutions. Additionally, the Hall of Fame Zone will exhibit products from world-renowned electronic brands, including MTC, Kodak, Goodman’s, GIEC and more.  

A myriad of captivating events will take place during the two fairs, encompassing engaging seminars on trending tech topics, hosted by influential tech experts and thought leasers. Additionally, there will be dedicated events tailored for startups, including mentoring sessions and pitching opportunities. Receptions will also be held, providing valuable networking opportunities for industry professionals.
