Zazzeri is pleased to announce the awarding of the prestigious iF DESIGN AWARD 2024 to the SPOT and STECCA shower systems and the kitchen sink mixer, from the Q316 collection.

The iF DESIGN AWARD is one of the most prestigious and renowned awards in the world of design organized every year by iF International Forum Design GmbH, the oldest independent design organization in the world based in Hanover.

The winners were selected by a jury of 132 members, independent experts from all over the world, among almost 11,000 applications received from 72 countries with the aim of winning the iF quality mark.

The Q316 collection by Zazzeri, designed by Arch. Roberto Innocenti and made of stailess steel AISI 316L, is a complete collection for the bathroom and kitchen characterized by an essential design underlining the clear-cut and exact geometries of the various elements.

The shower heads in competition, SPOT and STECCA, very different from each other both in shape and functionality, obtained recognition thanks to the peculiarities that distinguish them.

SPOT is an adjustable, small sized showerhead, and is characterized by a tubular component, with a 60mm diameter, 120mm long, supported by a shower arm which is laterally inserted; it allows such an easy and effective adjustability to cover a wide wet area. It is equipped with 3 water-saving and tilting jets equipped with an anti-limescale system, with an easy maintenance, which allow to adjust the opening of the cone of water; they let each showerhead be enough and operational to set up the area of the shower. Moreover, thanks to the small dimensions of SPOT, it is possible to install the shower room with multiple water jets which may be positioned depending on the tastes or of the needs of the user as well as of the designer.

STECCA is a showerhead with a linear, sober, and exact geometry limited to the shower arm, only, which becomes a showerhead (450mm long, 60mm large and 10mm high). It is equipped with 4 water-saving and tilting jets, equipped with an anti-limescale system, with an easy maintenance, which allow to adjust the opening of the cone of water; they let each showerhead be enough and operational to set up the area of the shower. It is possible to install STECCA in a single configuration or in groups positioned in different ways depending on the taste and the inspiration of the designer as well as of the user. This showerhead is not adjustable, but it may be installed with several inclines thus offering the chance to have shared shower spaces with a small surfaces meant for the shower.

Both shower heads are equipped with a system of water-saving jets which lend softness and volume to the water flow thus reducing the consumption of water with equal comfort/wet effect and they are both available in all the finishings of the collection (brushed steel and PVD finishing Carbon, Charcoal grey, Bronze-copper, Copper, Cognac and White-gold).

The kitchen faucet in competition, also from the Q316 collection, is characterized by a swivel neck and a small pull-out shower which allows to pull out, to move and to adjust the water jet from the swivel support as you like. The black flexible metal hose, which is connected to the small shower, lends a pleasant chromatic and material contrast with the metal of the faucet as well as a technical feature. Like the shower heads, the kitchen mixer is also available in all the finishes of the collection.

Once again Zazzeri interprets the excellent qualities of steel, an eco-friendly, solid and corrosion resistant material with marked hygienic qualities, by designing and producing Q316, a new and complete collection of faucets and shower systems with a modern design, with top quality aesthetic and operational features that allowed to compete and win such an important and distinctive award as the iF DESIGN AWARD.
